Prior to joining Szabo & Associates, Solicitors, Monique worked alongside Family Law Accredited Specialists in a busy family law practice both in Parramatta and Sydney CBD.
She is an experienced advocate and is well-informed of the processes, procedures and Court etiquette of each forum.
Her training in Alternative Dispute Resolution has provided her with an advanced understanding of the knowledge and skills required for effective conflict management and resolution. Monique is also an experienced negotiator and has successfully negotiated and settled matters outside of Court saving clients the ordeal of partaking in protracted litigation.

Her previous experience in commercial litigation as well as her combined Business/Law Degree means that her clients have a competitive advantage particularly in complex property disputes.
